Zero Point Sec is committed to delivering high-quality, specialized LLM and AI security services. Due to the custom nature of our engagements, our Refund Policy is designed to be clear and fair for both our clients and our team.

1. General Policy

Customized Services: Our services are personalized based on your specific requirements. Once an engagement commences and services are rendered, fees become non-refundable.
Pre-Service Cancellations: If you cancel your engagement before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund, subject to any non-recoverable expenses incurred.
Service Commencement: Once the AI security assessment or testing has started, refunds will not be provided due to the bespoke nature of the work.

2. Refund Request Process

Notification: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days from the start of the engagement.
Review: We will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as service delivery delays, significant deviations from the agreed scope, or any other valid concerns will be considered.
Resolution: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Exceptions and Disputes

Non-Refundable Services: Once the AI security assessment report is finalized and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Partial Refunds: In some cases where only a portion of the services has been rendered, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service and under the governing law of India.
